We hope you absolutely love your Woven Mama purchase — but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

🕒 Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In their original condition (tags attached)

  • Packaged appropriately for return

Please note: Removing an item from a plastic bag is okay — but removing tags or wearing the product will void the return eligibility.

🔁 How to Start a Return

Email us at support@wovenmama.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.

⚠️ Please do not send items back without contacting us first — they will not be accepted.

🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us right away. We’ll make it right, fast.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and customization, certain items (like personalized or final-sale products) cannot be returned. We’ll clearly mark these in the product description.

🔄 Exchanges

Need a different size or color? The quickest way is to return the item and place a new order after the return is accepted.

🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you're in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery — no justification needed. Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
